First timers should start with a dose of .25 mL (refer to bottle for dosage guide). Wait 40 to 60 minutes for effects to kick in before taking another dose. Repeat until desired effects are achieved.
For daily inflammation / stressors, take as needed throughout the day. For best results take the same dosage for 3 to 5 days. Increase dosage if desired effects aren’t achieved
