Please follow the instructions below to restart your subscriptions. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but are happy to help you get back on track. This shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.

Step 1: Log into your account.

You can visit this link to get to your login page. (The login link is also in the footer of every page on our website).

Input your username and password.

If you do not know your login details, please email skyler@pureshenandoah.com

Step 2: Click Payment Methods

Step 3: Click the button Add Payment Method

Step 4: Select “Use a new payment method” and input your new credit card info

TIP: If you prefer to use your existing card, you can go back to Step 3 and DELETE the card first, then hit Add Payment method button.

Step 5: Click Make Default button

To the new card you just added.

Step 6: Click YES to update your subscription to the new card

Success! You should be good to go, but let us know if anything comes up. We’re happy to help!
